One of the most important objectives serious games is to detonate behavioral changes participants. Serious generate engagement, they are meaningful, entertaining, and immersive. However, when game represents a complex system, it contains great number variables relationship between its decision components not entirely clear. Consequently, necessary offer set tools that increase data visualization players help in decision-making process must be provided. In our university, logistics professors have designed simulator for making. On one hand, has gained acceptance from student community, but on other several students do accomplish satisfactory performance.
